The OXO Chef's SteeL Mandoline Slicer 2.0 is a combination of all the wonderful features of the original mandoline with added updates such as an angled Japanese steel blade as well as a top-view indicator window that aides in switching between blade settings. This kitchen tool allows you to create up to 21 different cuts with intervals of 0.5mm thickness. Prep anything from homemade potato chips to julienne or French fries.
