The Apple Mate 3 features a rust-free, high strength frame. Its features and design save you time and make it easy to use. The built-in C-clamp fastens securely over counter or table edges up to 2" thick. The Apple Mate 3 gives you the choice of these five separate functions:

Pare, core & slice
Pare & core only
Slice & core only

Stainless steel blades stay sharp a long time, but extras are available if you want to ensure that you'll have them on hand "down the road" when you want them.

Ideal for potatoes and pears too! Create curly fries or chips-on-a-stick using russets or sweet potatoes. Quickly create onion twists to deep fry or drop in french onion soup. Core and slice pears for salads and desserts.

Makes apple processing a snap!

My kids and I use this apple peeler to bring in the apple harvest and make dehydrated apple slices. Makes the job easy. My son used a pliers to tighten the grip on the counter and stripped the threads. So I recommend you only hand tighten!! Our bad.
