Includes four attachments with stainless steel blades, three which can be used on both sides for different thickness of slices and type of grating. Ridges in base are designed for use over a bowl or pan of 7" to 9.75" diameter for stable, secure operation. Blade changes and cleanup are quick and easy. Includes a handy safety guard to protect fingers from the blade. Ideal for making french fries or coleslaw.
