Inner pan is perforated to allow grease to drain off into lower pan during cooking. Both are nonstick coated steel. Perforated pan measures 9" x 5" x 2.25" deep. Lower pan doubles as a nonstick bread loaf pan, and measures 9" x 5" x 2.5" deep.

Prior to baking or grilling, attach the needle piece to the end of the baster and inject flavorful juices into your roasts and cuts of meat.

Wonderful pans

These pans are a wonderful design for meatloaf--and the bottom pan works well as a bread pan, too. The nonstick finish is truly nonstick, and they are a nice weight. I like them.

So glad that Nordic still makes this loaf pan. I thew out the very well used old one when I FOUND YOU HAD THIS SAME ONE..... BUT NEW. Already in use when I made my meatloaf. It is great!
