When harissa meets rose, something truly special unfolds. This Rosey Harissa Spice blends premium sun-dried chili peppers with delicate rose petals to create a subtly sweet, floral flavor with gentle warmth. Fragrant and rich, this aromatic dry spice brings a unique depth to everyday cooking.

In Ottolenghi's book Simple, he explains "The difference between harissa and rose harissa is the addition of the rose petals in the latter; generally speaking, they bring a special sweetness... and soften the kick of the chile. That being said, the range in kick between one harissa and the next, or one rose harissa and the next can be absolutely huge." The Rosey Harissa from New York Shuk is mild.

Stir Rosey Harissa into soups, stews, grain dishes, and sauces. Before throwing your poultry, fish, meat, and vegetables onto the grill, rub with this harissa (we know you won't regret it).
