Nesco VS-02 Vacuum Sealer
The Nesco® VS-02 Vacuum Sealer features a vacuum seal or seal-only mode. The seal-only function prevents over vacuuming and crushing of delicate foods, like buns and pastries. The VS-02 also lets you choose between a normal seal time for dry foods, or an extended seal time for moist foods and thicker bags.
The VS-02 sealer stores a bag roll and includes a bag cutter.
Two vacuum sealer rolls, and ten bags are included with the Nesco VS-02 Vacuum Sealer. The rolls measure 7.9" wide x 9.8' long and the bags meaure (5) 8.6" x 11.8" quart size and (5) 11" x 15.76" gallon size.

These Nesco replacement bags measure 8" x 12" or 11" x 15.75" and come in a pack of 50. These bags are dishwasher safe, microwave safe, freezer safe, and reusable! Nesco bag rolls are made of polyethene and nylon and contain no BPA's or PVC's.
The Nesco vacuum sealer bag and roll variety pack includes five quart bags (8" x 11.8"), five gallon bags (11" x 15.75") one 7.9" x 19.7' roll, and four 11" x 19.7 ft' rolls. All plastic is BPA-free. Microwave, boil, freezer and dishwasher safe.

it won't seal (or hardly) when bag contains fresh fruits or vegetables.
the vacuum will suck up some of the juices inside of the bag content, which is expected, but that creates moisture in the seal joint and the machine is not powerful enough to dry out that area while sealing, resulting in a poor or failed seal. It took me about 10 seal/vacuum cycles to finally seal one bag, having to dry out the area every time. Unacceptable.
I guess it's probably fine for dry food.
