These grade A Mexican vanilla beans are over six inches long, are super rich and supple, and have an amazing aroma. Rich and smooth with subtle tones of smoke characterize the flavor of these premium Mexican vanilla beans. They're the perfect touch for many baked goods, including creme sauces, custard, crème brûlée, ice cream, pudding, and many other desserts! Once you've used the seeds from the pod, place the empty pod in your sugar for a nice vanilla flavor and scent!

Mexico has always had the reputation for the best vanilla beans and these beans from the Blue Cattle Truck Trading Company are grown, harvested, and cured in a manner that ensures they're the best vanilla beans you'll find anywhere!

These vanilla beans are free of coumarin (a common and dangerous vanilla contaminant) and handsomely packaged in a glass tube. Each tube contains three Mexican vanilla beans.
