Mexican Vanilla Extract

Our Mexican Vanilla comes from the Blue Cattle Truck Trading Company. It's free of coumarin (a common and dangerous vanilla contaminant) and comes in a handsome bottle that you'll likely want to keep around even after the last delicious drop is gone! Mexican vanilla can be kept in the pantry for years, and like cheese or wine, it improves with age!

Contains NO coumarin, and NO corn syrup, and NO sweetener.

Available in 3.3 oz., 8.4 oz., 16.7 oz. or half gallon. All containers are BPA-free.

Due to supply issues, the 8.4 oz bottle and 16.7 oz bottle will come with either a plastic lid or a cork to secure the top of the bottle. We can’t guarantee what the packaging of our inventory will be at any given time.

We also offer Mexican vanilla beans.
