NutriMill gluten-free dough enhancer contains natural ingredients that help dough rise better. It also improves texture and keeps your bread fresh longer. Ingredients: Whey (a dairy product), lecithin, soy powder, citric acid, dry yeast, sea salt, corn starch, ascorbic acid, honey. (Note that the yeast listed is a token amount; if your recipe calls for yeast, add it separately as you would with other dough enhancers.)

The recommended use-rate is 1 tbsp. per four cups of flour (for automatic bread machines, 1 tsp. per 1 lb. loaf.) The makers of NutriMill dough enhancer have been leading suppliers to home bread makers for decades.
Shelf life is 10 years when sealed and stored in a cool, dry enviroment. Once opened it's best to use within a year, but can be used longer if stored in the freezer.
