Made 11 loaves last week alone, and every loaf turned out perfect. I mix and knead using the Bosch Universal mixer purchased from Pleasant Hill, and include a couple Tablespoons of Grandma Eloise Dough Enhancer to each batch. Each time I open the container I take a quick whiff of that citrus-y goodness... My only additives: Eloise dough enhancer and gluten. Works every time!Was this review helpful to you?
