Made 11 loaves last week alone, and every loaf turned out perfect. I mix and knead using the Bosch Universal mixer purchased from Pleasant Hill, and include a couple Tablespoons of Grandma Eloise Dough Enhancer to each batch. I can say unequivocally the before and after results of wholewheat bread baking was noticeable. How so? first of all, without the enhancer, the loaves tended to be much denser and usually heavy. the loaves of where I used the enhancer allowed for better proofing and with the loaf light and airy as one would normally associate with bread. Secondly, the loaves without the enhancer did not keep as long as the ones using Grandma Eloise. They Grandma Eloise loaves kept fresher for a longer period of time. I can certainly understand why people are raving about this product. it is an essential for consistent wholewheat bread baking.Was this review helpful to you?
