Baking powder is the standard leaven for quick breads, biscuits, cakes and other no-yeast baking recipes. This baking powder from Bob's Red Mill is double acting and has no aluminum added and no bitter aftertaste.

I made pancakes as usual, even using slightly less baking powder than normal. My batter was so airy and light I was amazed! The only difference was the baking powder, so I have to attribute it to that. I love it!
