Corn Starch
A standard thickening agent used in cooking. Dehydrated corn starch can also be used as an alternative to talc and is the main ingredient in a biodegradable plastic. It is also mixed with sugar to make powdered sugar. A baking aid for your emergency food storage or to keep on hand for your cooking and baking needs.
#2.5 cans and #10 cans are coated internally with food-safe anti-corrosion coating. The cans are airtight sealed and oxygen-free for long term storage. Please note that the terms "#2.5 can" and "#10 can" designates a "Number 2.5 Can" and "Number 10 Can" which are standardized can sizes, and does not refer to a quantity of cans.
