LEM Jerky Gun, 3/4 lb.

This LEM jerky gun barrel holds 3/4 pounds of meat. To make jerky strips or round sticks, load the barrel of the jerky gun with lean, seasoned ground meat and attach the nozzle of your choice before shooting out flat strips of jerky or round snack sticks. A 1/2" round nozzle and 1-3/16" x 3/16" flat nozzle are included. Also included is a package of jerky seasoning to season 5 pounds of meat. Dishwasher safe.

The LEM jerky rack is made of sturdy aluminum and has feet to raise it over the included heavy duty aluminum drip pan. The rack and pan measure 13" x 18" and the drying racks are stackable so you can multiply your workspace without using up additional counter space! Using racks to dry your jerky and sausage helps improve heat circulation, which speeds the drying time. Each rack offers 1.5 sq. ft. of drying area and holds about 1 lb. of jerky strips. The rack bars are spaced 1/2" apart. Heat resistant to 1,000° F. Hand washing is recommended.

Jerky cannon gun is awesome!

I haven’t used my extra cannon barrel yet but I was dreading making the jerky because I have problems with my hands and I thought squeezing the trigger on the jerky cannon gun would make them worse. Not at all! I had no problem squeezing 5 pounds of ground meat out of the jerky gun it was very easy! I’m looking forward to next time.

I haven't used this yet, but I am super excited about it. I learned about it from a class I took, and it looks amazing, and the teacher spoke very highly of this product. By the way, the teacher is highly respected and doesn't give out suggestions for products to purchase without first testing them herself, so I took that as high praise. And Pleasant Hill had the package wrapped securely so I know it's undamaged and they got it to me very quickly. Super excited to use this!
