Dry up to 100 strips of jerky on the stainless steel LEM jerky hanger. Jerky hanger comes with nine skewers, a 13" x 18" aluminum drip tray and a package of Backwoods Original Jerky Seasoning. The rack and pan sit 7" tall when in use, and together they can be set in an oven or smoker. Rack folds flat for compact storage.
