This stainless steel Kuhn Rikon Epicurean Ratchet Grinder has a modern look with the same high performance ratchet mechanism and ceramic grinding stone as their previous version. It's perfect for using in your kitchen or at your table!

To fill, unscrew the grinder by holding with one hand below and one above the window. Add salt, pepper or spices. To adjust the grind, turn the bottom knob clockwise for FINE and counter-clockwise for COARSE. To grind, move the ratchet handle back and forth.

For best results, avoid letting the grinding mechanism become damp; don't grind over a boiling pot. Don't use cloves or anise as pils will destroy plastic.
