The Ironwood Acacia Pizza peel safely transports dough to and from the oven. Bake pizzeria-style pizza in the comfort of your own home! Made of gorgeous acacia hardwood, the peel is functional and beautiful. The slanted edge allows for easy loading and unloading of pizza and the sturdy handle provides a secure grip. A grommet in the handle allows the peel to be hung for storage. The Ironwood Acacia Pizza Peel fits in our Rofco B20, B10, and B5 bread ovens.

Hand wash in warm water with mild soap and dry with a towel immediately. Do not let the board soak in water or be stored in high humidity to avoid warping. Oil the wood frequently to avoid cracking.
