The 4-quart Frieling Black Cube deep skillet is a great choice for braising a roast or other large meat in. The aluminum core transfers heat evenly throughout the pan, while the stainless steel layers above and below the aluminum add durability, and the nonstick finish keeps your food from sticking. The innovative raised stainless steel pixel-pattern covering the nostick finish allows you to brown potatoes, meat, and more to a golden perfection. These pixels also protect the skillet against scratches, so it's safe to use metal utensils in the skillet. The long ergonomic handle and helper handle are stainless steel and are very sturdy. Pan depth is 3.75".
