Frieling Black Cube Fry Pan
A world’s first: Black Cube™ combines all the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick cookware. Black Cube™ is built to last with its 3-ply construction and the high quality PFOA free nonstick layer. All pans work on any cooktop and are oven safe up to 500° F. For ultimate convenience they are also dishwasher safe.
Black Cube’s textured nonstick surface covers the inside of the pan. Protruding just above the level of the nonstick coating is a matrix of tiny stainless steel dots, or “pixels”, that that protect your cookware from scratches and allow food to brown better than in traditional nonstick cookware.

I've used this pan every day since arriving. Very pleased with the fact it nicely browned chicken, quick fried egg & crunchy fried potatoes. Very easy clean up. Highly recommended. (You can use metal utensils)
Never spent this much on cookware but this Frieling cube cookware is worth every penny. Even cooking, cleans easily and even dishwasher safe. I recommend buying from Pleasant Hill Grain Company. Good products.
Works well and worth the money. The wife loves it
I was looking forward to this 9.5 in. frying pan. I followed all the instructions to how to clean and use it. First, I tried to fry an egg with a little bit of avocado oil, but the egg glued to the pan; then, I tried to fry a thin cut steak, which was glued to the bottom of the pan, plus it was overcooked in the middle and raw on the border. I'm very disappointed of the poor quality and performance of this expensive pan and do not recommend it to anybody.
So far so good, but as we know long term use seems to take its toll on non-stick. The concept of design on these pans appears to have great promise. I even purchased a second larger fry pan for a good friend to try. Will try to provide a 3 month follow-up
