The Ultimate Cooking Surface—A world’s first: Black Cube™ combines all the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick cookware. Black Cube™ is built to last with its 3-ply construction and the high quality PFOA free nonstick layer. All pans work on any cooktop and are oven safe up to 500° F. For ultimate convenience they are also dishwasher safe.

Black Cube’s textured nonstick surface covers the inside of the pan. Protruding just above the level of the nonstick coating is a matrix of tiny stainless steel dots, or “pixels”, that that protect your cookware from scratches and allow food to brown better than in traditional nonstick cookware.

The wok measures 12.5" diameter and is 3.25" deep.

Cover your favorite with Frieling’s tempered glass lid. The silicone rim provides a snug fit and the air valve traps steam in your pot to retain moisture when the valve is switched to its closed position. Once the valve is open the steam releases automatically. The tempered glass top allows you to watch what’s going on in your pot, without always lifting the lid.

These lids are designed specifically for Frieling's Black Cube pans, and the sizes of the lids correspond to the diameter of their pots and pans that are 6.5, 8, 9.5, 11 and 12.5-inches in diameter.

A specially developed cleaning agent for stainless steel, brass, copper, nickel, and ceramic stove tops. This cleaner will clean the inside and shine the outside of your cooker. Nonabrasive, nontoxic and 95% biodegradable. 5 oz tube. Our cleaner works on All Clad stainless, Le Creuset, Chantal and all other commercial stainless cookware.

Note: For some unknown reason, the directions on the tube omit the "rubbing" step. This is not a wipe on/rinse off product, despite the tube's directions. It is a cleaning paste, some rubbing is required, and it works great!

We love our new wok!

Good heat distribution. Has not scratched. Cleans easily. We are glad we upgraded our old wok to this one.

The wok has a very good heat retention. Although it is not exactly as non-stick as other “non-stick” material pan, it meets my expectation. The material is very heavy duty and it is a little too heavy for me to hold it with one hand and use the other hand to get the food on the plate. It is a good product.
