Frieling Black Cube Hybrid 7-Piece Cookware Set

The 3-ply construction of Black Cube cookware is comprised of an aluminum core with stainless steel on either side. The aluminum core is an excellent heat conductor and will keep the cookware at an even temperature throughout—so no more hot spots! Stainless steel adds durability and makes the Black Cube cookware induction capable.

Black Cube’s textured nonstick surface covers the inside of the pan. Protruding just above the level of the nonstick coating is a matrix of tiny stainless steel dots, or “pixels”, that that protect your cookware from scratches and allow food to brown better than in traditional nonstick cookware.

This 7-piece set includes a 9.5" fry pan, an 8" sauce pan with lid (2.5 qt.), a 9.5" sauté pan with lid (3 qt.), and an 11" stockpot with Lid (7.5 qt.). Lids are made of tempered glass and features a silicone rim to provide a snug fit to the pot, and an air valve to trap steam when the valve is shut, or to release steam automatically when the valve is open. The tempered glass allows you to see what’s going on in your pot, without lifting the lid.

Nonabrasive, nontoxic and 95% biodegradable. 5 oz tube. Our cleaner works on All Clad stainless, Le Creuset, Chantal and all other commercial stainless cookware.

Note: For some unknown reason, the directions on the tube omit the "rubbing" step. This is not a wipe on/rinse off product, despite the tube's directions. It is a cleaning paste, some rubbing is required, and it works great!
