Item arrived cracked

Contacted vendor. Very pleasant experience. Representative requested a photo of the crack which was a bit problematic for me as the item is transparent as is the crack. Representative said that their vendor would be contacted to ship replacement. I am awaiting confirmation at this time that the replacement has/will be shipped. The shipping container showed no damage and the protective padding was more than sufficient to protect the item, leading me to believe that the product was defective when picked for shipping.

Moderator : We contacted the importer and are pleased to report that the replacment pusher was delivered January 7.
