Extra barrel helps when making a bigger batch

We make small batch sausage every year and having the extra cannon is really helpful and saves time.

Jerky cannon gun is awesome!

I haven’t used my extra cannon barrel yet but I was dreading making the jerky because I have problems with my hands and I thought squeezing the trigger on the jerky cannon gun would make them worse. Not at all! I had no problem squeezing 5 pounds of ground meat out of the jerky gun it was very easy! I’m looking forward to next time.
