Eurita Garlic Roaster

This Eurita Garlic Roaster is made from natural terra cotta with the design of a garlic bulb on its lid. The bottom section has a glass frit glazed interior that ensures cleaning is a cinch. To use, soak the lid before baking. Trim the tip off a fresh garlic bulb or two, drizzle with your favorite olive oil and seasoning. Bake in a microwave or conventional oven up to 500°F. Eurita clay bakeware is made in Portugal.
