Frontier Co-op's organic granulated garlic (allium sativum l.) is a savory and robust seasoning ground from dried garlic cloves. Garlic granules are a great addition to sauces and savory dishes. Garlic is a powerful ingredient, and when in granulated form, it’s even more robust. Granulated garlic is much more potent than garlic cloves, so a little goes a long way! About 1/4 teaspoon of granulated garlic is the equivalent of a fresh garlic clove. The pungent flavor might mellow with cooking, but the aroma and taste are unmistakable.

There are no artificial additives or chemicals used in any part of the growing and manufacturing process. Frontier Co-op's garlic granules are certified organic and Kosher.

Suggested uses: Perfect for giving stews, gravies, casseroles, and breads a sharp, distinct finish. Also a potent addition to marinades, and granulated garlic enhances the pickling process as well.
