Description
This set includes the BPA-free double beater bowl, whisk assembly with cake whisks and double beater/whisks and drive shaft that come standard with Ankarsrum mixers.
The manufacturer states a capacity of 4 qt. (3.7L), but the volume as measured to the rim of the bowl, which is the common industry standard of measure, is actually 6 quarts; we've found that practical usable capacity is 4.5 qts.
Boiling hot liquid can be mixed with this bowl.
This bowl also fits older Electrolux Assistent, Verona Assistent, and Magic Mill DLX mixers.
