Greatly improved bowl: )

I luv this bowl! Much better than the previous one that came with my mixer, 20+ yrs ago. That bowl worked great until the rivets on the bottom wore out. This new replacement bowl has much better construction. It's one piece without any rivets. I highly recommend it. And I luv my Electrolux mixer! It's been my kitchen bff for 20+ yrs. Highly recommend it to anyone who makes dough. It's simply the best mixer made. Also, Pleasant Hill Grain is the best seller. Quick shipping: )

I love that I could buy a second bowl that also came with a lid. I highly recommend especially if you’re a busy baker so you don’t have to stop and wash one before starting a different batch. These bowls are such good quality and easy to clean and the lid makes it easy to keep clean when storing too. Absolutely love it.

I have an Ankarsrum and use it to mix up dough for my small home bakery. Ordered a second bowl so I can do more batches without having to clean the bowl in between. Works perfectly to mix up a quadruple batch and then let them autolyse in the bowls. I love how deep they are and the lip along the top keeps everything contained nicely.

I hope this replacement bowl holds up better than our original which was accidentally dropped once by a child and totally deformed. We were sad that 5 year warranty excludes the bowl.
