Cuisinart's newest addition to the Chef's Classic™ line is an elegant mirror-polished stainless steel lasagna pan. Just the right size for favorite multi-layered lasagnas, it has riveted, comfort-grip stainless side handles that make placing lasagnas into the oven, and lifting them out, safe and easy. The stainless steel interior does not react with food, so flavors stay true and tasty, and the brilliant stainless exterior makes this pan a perfect serving piece for dinner or buffet tables. Great for lasagne, casseroles, Au Gratin potatoes, and roasting with the included stainless steel roasting rack. This useful multipurpose pan carries a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. It's dishwasher safe, and oven safe to 550 degrees. Measures 9-3/4" x 14" x 2-1/2" inside.

Prior to baking or grilling, attach the needle piece to the end of the baster and inject flavorful juices into your roasts and cuts of meat.

To baste, squeeze the bulb head, place tip of baster into the succulent juices in the pan, melted butter, a marinade or homemade sauce, release bulb head to draw up the sauce and pour out over your meat. Repeat every half hour, or if grilling repeat every 15 minutes.

Note: For some unknown reason, the directions on the tube omit the "rubbing" step. This is not a wipe on/rinse off product, despite the tube's directions. It is a cleaning paste, some rubbing is required, and it works great!

I got this because I needed a pan with higher sides than the one I had been using, I needed it to be deeper. It is absolutely beautiful to look at and has performed flawlessly; from lasagna to roasting multiple chicken breasts. Nothing sticks to it and clean up has been very easy. If you dry it after the wash with a clean towel the shine is right there. I love this roaster!!
