Tried for two days to sharpen my fillet knives for fishing. Normally when my blades are sharp they will cut hair on my arms. With this machine I can't get the same results. I will take this Sharpener fishing in May to test it out. If my knife doesn't fillet fish the way it should the sharpener is being returned.
