Custom Latch Kit for your Rofco Oven

There is nothing better than a custom kit specifically for your manufacturers product from people who really know what they are doing. The manufacturer provided a video for installation, which is much easier than expected. The latch is adjustable once installed and can handle any variety of mounting and baking scenarios successfully. My only regret is waiting so long to buy one!

Where's the instructions

Seems to be a solid latch and solution to properly shutting the Rofco door, but no instructions or template were included. Sure, it's not complicated, but a simple paper template would make things simpler.
