Bosch Universal Slicer / Shredder Bowl

I ordered a replacement bowl after mine cracked on the bottom. (Learn from my mistake, and do not throw away the old bowl without first taking out the center metal pieces. ) There is a how to page on Pleasant Hills website. After the new bowl came in super quick time, I realized my error and called the store. They talked me through exactly what parts I would need to place in the middle of the bowl. The second order also came very quickly and well packaged. I am now in shredding business again much to the delight of my knuckles from using the hand grater. The only negative from the order was the price. It was almost better to order an entire set again with the top and metal plates verses purchasing pieces. Again, it would not have been so bad if I had not thrown out the old bowl with the metal center parts. I would definitely puchase from Pleasant Hill again!

It is always a pleasure to work with Pleasant Hill Grain. Their website is easy to navigate now, nice job guys. Removing the old metal parts from my old bowl was indeed very difficult, but I did find the instructions on their website. We finally got the piece apart by bathing it in WD-40. Works great in my new bowl.
