Ankarsrum Premium Beaters & Bowl Complete

The Ankarsrum Premium Beater Set includes a stainless steel beater bowl, beater housing, a pair of double-wire balloon whisks, and a pair of single-wire cake beaters (also known as cookie beaters).

The stainless steel beater bowl is designed for use with the Ankarsrum Original mixer and is also compatible with older Electrolux Assistent, Verona Assistent, and Magic Mill DLX mixers.

While the manufacturer lists the bowl capacity at 4 quarts (3.7L), the bowl measures 6 quarts to the rim using the industry-standard method. In practical use, the working capacity is approximately 4.5 quarts.

Built for versatility, the stainless steel beater bowl is ideal for a wide range of whisking, beating, and mixing tasks. Its stainless steel construction helps maintain cooler ingredient temperatures, making it perfect for creating lofty meringues, crisp macarons, smooth frostings, and perfectly creamed butter and sugar for cookies and other baked goods.

The enclosed beater housing design eliminates loose parts and exposed gears, making setup quick and simple. Just snap the balloon whisks or cake beaters into place and begin mixing. The oversized double-wire whisks provide greater bowl coverage for faster, more efficient whipping and mixing. The cake beaters are made with durable 3 mm stainless steel wire and can handle up to two pounds of pie or cookie dough.

The beater housing features a durable closed construction with an optimized internal gear ratio for smooth performance. The housing cover is made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic, while the bottom plate is crafted from chrome-plated die-cast zinc for durability and easy cleaning.

Please note: A drive shaft is not included with this bowl. You may use the drive shaft that came with your mixer.

The beater housing is not dishwasher safe and should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Both the double beater whisks and cake whisks are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher safe.

This is a solid upgrade to the standard mixer. With the stainless steel bowl and more robust mixer assembly, heated mixtures for frostings and marshmallows are easier to use for great results. Easy to clean and it looks like it will last a good amount of time.
