Ankarsrum Grinder Disk 4.5mm
These disks fit the meat grinder attachment for the Ankarsrum mixer. The 6mm disk is good for sausage making and the 2.5mm disk is for mincing. The 4.5mm disk comes standard with the Ankarsrum Meat Grinder. The lasagna disk has a 9 mm (hole size).

I used the 8mm and 6mm blades on pork loin, sirloin beef, and chicken breasts to make a meatier canned meatloaf and chorizo and bbq chicken meat ball products, with excellent results. Thicker nicer texture, not mealy at all. Remember to oil plates after cleaning and before storing in warm dry area. Good quality steel.
I make my own breakfast sausage for patties and the ground pork in most butcher shops is either too fine or too coarse. I can now take the pork shoulder and make my own sausage grind. The Ankarsrum grinder plates makes the job easy and closer to perfection than I have been able to get using the butcher's choice of grind. It made the best blend yet and now even my wife will enjoy my morning sausage patties.
