Accessory Long Tube for Tabletop Press

The Tabletop Fruit Press comes standard with an 8-3/4” long drain tube that is ideal for many usage setups, including pressing next to a sink with the catch container in the sink. This 36” long accessory tube allows placement of the press on a standard-height (36”) countertop or table, with discharge into a container sitting on the floor. It’s made of non-toxic, BPA-free, FDA grade, clear vinyl tubing. It has an inside diameter of 5/8”, an outside diameter of 7/8”, and a wall thickness of 1/8”.The wall thickness of this tube enables it to resist the bending that would cause lighter-walled tubing to kink, causing juice flow to be blocked. This same thickness causes the tube to require a firm push to go onto the outlet nipple of the press. Some users will find that it goes on easily enough, but if you'd like to make it slip on more easily, you can do that by holding the end of the tube under hot water for a moment before connecting it.
