Unbleached Coffee Filters, Cone & Basket

We’ve brewed coffee for years using these unbleached coffee filters, and we're still pleased with the performance of this product. Made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified unbleached and totally chlorine-free (TCF) paper, these coffee filters are a healthy alternative to the typical bleached coffee filter. We especially like the strong “never break” double seam on the cone filters, which assures the strength and integrity of the filters.

Available in cone or basket style. The cone filters come in two sizes, #2 and the larger #4 size. The #2 cone filter will hold ground coffee for 1-4 cups of coffee, and the #4 and basket filters will hold ground coffee for up to 10 cups of coffee. These figures are based on a serving size of around 6 ounces.

Zojirushi is a trusted brand in our household, and the Zutto coffee maker not only makes great tasting coffee; it also has an innovative design where the filter is actually part of the pot instead of the coffee maker itself. The great build quality combined with a great price makes it one of the better coffee makers out there. I've seen other reviews of this, but was having a tough time finding anyone carry it for a reasonable price, until I found Pleasant Hill Grain. Their price was great and the unit arrived safely and ahead of the estimated arrival date. I'm very pleased with both the coffee maker and Pleasant Hill Grain.

The Zutto coffee maker was just what I wanted: A basic small coffee maker, without bells or buzzers, clocks or timers, etc. Pleasant Hill Grain has the best price around. I was looking for a one cup coffee maker. I had a BUNN One-Cup Multi which made great coffee. When that stopped working I really struggled to find something that would make my morning coffee and offer a really good cup of coffee. For a while I was using a French Press because I want good coffee and will make the effort to enjoy a good cup! When I found this, it was the perfect answer. Although I never tried to do the 'pour-over' method of coffee (even though coffee lovers say it's worth the effort) this has got to be comparable to that. It makes a great cup of coffee, really!! I drink about a 14+ oz cup of coffee a day. I fill up the water tank to about three cups, use about two scoops of coffee. Comes out perfect every time. Takes about 5 minutes. And very easy clean-up compared to my BUNN and way easier than my French press. LOVE MY ZUTTO!!
