Vitamix Ascent Dry Carafe, 48 oz. with SELF-DETECT®

The Vitamix Ascent Dry Carafe is used for grinding dry ingredients into flour, including wheat, oats, rice, and nuts. The blades are specially designed to handle coarse dry ingredients. Its unique design pushes ingredients up and away from the blades to efficiently process dough and dry grains.

The dry carafe can even mix batter, and knead thick yeast dough for pizza, soft pretzels, and homemade bread!

The carafe is made of BPA free heavy duty plastic, with hardened stainless steel blades laser cut to last years! Its' petite size is made for easy storage in most cabinets.

Vitamix's new self-detect technology will automatically detect the different carafe and adjust settings accordingly for the size! This container can be used with all full size Vitamix® blenders, however SELF-DETECT® features are only available with Smart System machines.

The included tamper is specially designed to push ingredients towards the blades for an even blend. The removable lid plug allows you to add ingredients while blending.

Ascent series carafes are easy to clean, just add some warm water and a drop of soap, then blend for 35 seconds! The carafe and lid are also dishwasher safe in case your carafe is in need of a deeper clean.
