USA Pan Stoneware Pie Pan, 8.75 inch
The USA PAN® Pie Stone is a handcrafted artisan stoneware pie dish with a nonstick finish. Using clay mined from Tennessee by American Miners, each pan is uniquely formed and inspected by an expert artisan before it's finished with the AMERICOAT® nonstick coating (the same nonstick that's used in USA Pan's high performance aluminized steel bakeware) for easy food release and cleaning. The USA Pan pie dish provides superior heat conductivity with no hot or cold spots and eliminates the need for seasoning, cooking spray, or grease. USA PAN® Stoneware is made in the USA and comes with a 3 year limited warranty.

Care Instructions
Always hand wash stoneware in warm water with mild soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly prior to storage. Do not place in dishwasher. Hand wash before first use. Do not soak in water prior to use. Room temperature stoneware can be soaked in hot water to loosen baked-on foods. To prevent breakage, allow stoneware to cool to room temperature prior to cleaning or adding liquid. Do not use metal pads, steel wool or other abrasive cleaners. Breakage may result due to extreme temperature changes. Do not put chilled or frozen stoneware into a preheated oven. Room temperature stoneware is safe to place into a preheated oven. Do not preheat stoneware. Evenly distribute frozen foods such as French fries and chicken nuggets over the stoneware surface to prevent breakage. Do not exceed baking temperatures of 450°F (230°C). Do not use stoneware in microwave, under broiler or on direct heat surface. Non-stick aerosol spray is not recommended as it will create a sticky build-up and reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick silicone coating. Follow recipe temperature and baking time. Stoneware is breakable if dropped or jarred. Take caution when transporting stoneware from oven, counter or table. Broken pieces can be sharp; caution must be taken when handling. Stoneware may scratch surfaces such as tables or countertops. Protect surfaces with a towel, cooling rack or hot pad.
