The USA PAN® 9-inch pie pan provides home bakers with an easy way to bake golden brown pies that cook evenly, release quickly, and come out tasting great! Bake a flawless apple pie crust that flakes into your mouth. The pan surface is coated with a proprietary AMERICOAT® nonstick silicone coating, allowing you to easily release your baked goods from the pan.

AMERICOAT® is made without PTFE, PFOA and BPA. USA PAN®’s professional grade bakeware helps everyday home bakers produce professional grade baked goods. USA PAN® is a Bundy Family owned company, based in the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

While USA Pan bakeware is built to resist warping, even the highest quality pans sometimes warp. Metal expands when it’s exposed to heat and warping can occur when metal is heated unevenly. In the oven, the bottom of pans heat faster than the sidewalls, so the bottom will expand more quickly, which causes warping. The temperature of the food you’re baking can also affect how evenly the pan heats. The wire in USA Pan bakeware helps return the pan to its original shape as the metal cools.

Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.
