The mixer comes standard with a 80 quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, dough hook, wire whip. This 80 qt mixer features wide-faced, hardened alloy steel, helical gears that are fully sealed in transmission lubricant with heavy-duty ball bearings and clutch for highly dependable, quiet operation. No-volt release prevents activation of the mixer in the event of power interruption. The powder coat finish is easy to wipe clean.
