The stainless steel cheese curd scoop can be used to ladle cheese curds from a pot into a mold or colander lined with butter muslin for draining. This ladle makes transferring curds quick and easy. You can also use the scoop to remove whey from the pot when washing or draining curds. The handle is 9" long, and the ladle is 3.5" inches diameter, and 1.5" deep.
