When I ordered the new drive shaft I was surprised to receive it so quickly. If I remember correctly, I ordered it on Friday or Saturday. I hoped it would arrive by Tuesday, the next baking day for Farmers Market. Tuesday morning, as I was setting up to start mixing, the part was delivered. I was so pleased with the quick service.

I burned out three Kitchen Aid mixers in two years before getting my Bosch. The latter has been steadily kneading my dense whole grain bread doughs for at least six or seven years now. I have no reason to complain if a component needs replacement. This was the first failure in alll that period. I feel that overall I am getting good service.
