Safer than a knife

A fun tool, my wife and I sliced up a bunch of veggies and hard salami. Worked great on the veggies and cheese, the salami was challenging and I finally cut it with a knife. I'm sure a summer sausage would have cut better.

Lots of fun features, not a lot of heavy use, but I know my wife will use it, and it is much safer than using a knife, she cut her hand bad a couple of years ago cutting carrots
