The nonstick prep mats are made of heavy duty nonstick silicone and reinforced with glass fiber to lie flat. The Roul'Pat provides a smooth, inert, nonstick surface for a wide range of kitchen work. Ideal for working with dough, the mats are nonstick without flouring. Resists heat to 480° F. When your work's done, the mat is easy to move to your waste bin or sink for super-easy cleanup. Available in a 15-5/32" x 23" Silpat with pie measurements printed on the mat, or as a 23" x 31.5”. The Silpat is silicone on the just the top surface. The Roul'Pat® is silicone on the bottom too, to prevent slippage.
Not for use as a cutting surface. Stores flat or rolled.
