Jumbo Roul'pat Mat

This Jumbo Roul'pat mat is made of heavy duty nonstick silicone and reinforced with glass fiber to lie flat. The Roul'Pat provides a smooth, inert, nonstick surface for a wide range of kitchen work. Ideal for working with dough, this mat is nonstick without flouring and it resists heat to 480° F. When your work's done, the mat is easy to move to your waste bin or sink for super-easy cleanup. You can even use mats for frozen recipes too. Durable construction for many years of use!

The Jumbo Roul'pat measures 23" x 31.5” and is silicone on the bottom too, to prevent slippage.

Not for use as a cutting surface. Stores flat or rolled.

Care Instructions

To clean, wipe the Roul’Pat® with a damp, soft sponge, then rinse with clean water. Shake to remove excess water and dry in open air. A weak solution of detergent or soap may be used if needed. Note: the oily feeling after washing is normal, as is discoloration. Strong flavored foods may leave a trace of their scent on the Roul’Pat®.

Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes or cutters on the Roul’Pat®. Do not cut, fold or use grease on the Roul’Pat®. Never use a cut or torn Roul’Pat®.

Do not put in your dishwasher.

Bought this for rolling egg noodles. Completely covers the counter. We find we have to clear some clutter before it can be used! Lays flat and is easy to clean.
