Rofco Metal Tray

You can put any kind of dough directly onto the stones in the Rofco oven (which is how most owners of stone ovens use their stoves) but if you'd prefer to keep oils and sugars off your stones entirely, you can use these oven trays. They're made of durable blued steel, 1.5mm thick.

Available sizes: Small trays fit the B5, B10 and B20 ovens, and the small Rofco dough proofer. Large trays fit the B40 oven and the large Rofco dough proofer.

Perfect for English muffins

I have the Rofco B 40 which came with three trays and the corresponding liners. I bought three more trays because I use these for making my English muffins and wanted to increase my output. I was unfortunately under the assumption the fitted liners would come with them. Unfortunately not, and on top of that my trays came damaged on a corner (all 3) from shipping as the box was damaged.

Not receiving liners is my fault for not checking, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

One tray on bottom, 18 English muffin rings, and one tray upside down on top, I bake them for seven minutes then flip and bake for seven minutes more. I can get 18 on each tray for a total of 54 English muffins baked at a time. you can’t beat it.

Delivery and shipping were awesome.
