The Pro-Cut KT-8 commercial meat tenderizer/meat cuber is a very heavy duty, long life machine that provides great results with a high production rate. Even tough meat is turned into tender cuts by 43 hardened stainless steel cutting blades, each having many cutting points. In addition to tenderizing mechanically, this process greatly increases penetration and absorbtion of marinades and seasonings.
The KT-8 tenderizes boneless meat without tearing, making it easy to cook in less time, so meat retains its natural juices. A strong 3/4 HP motor and heavy duty gear transmission handles cuts up to 3/4" thick and 8" wide. Thermomagnetic motor protection guards against overloads. An available fajita attachment extends the abilities of the KT-8.
“My order arrived correct and complete, shipping was fast, and I'm very pleased with your products!”– Fred Lisching, OH
The commercial meat tenderizer has a stainless steel cabinet. For safety, a microswitch automatically disconnects motor if cover is opened. Dimensions are 9.5"D x 19.5"W x 29"H. Weight is 73 lbs.
The Pro-Cut KT-8 is safety and sanitation certified, conforming to ETL-UL std. 763, NSF-8 and Canadian CAN/CSA std. C22.2.
This meat tenderizer is excellent for beef, pork, chicken, venison, elk and all other game meats!
Please note: This machine does not cut meat into cubes. In the meat processing industry, just as tenderized round steak is commonly called "cube steak", the term "meat cuber" refers to a machine that tenderizes meat by using sharp knives to cut meat fibers.
For great performance with any cuber-tenderizer, it's very important that your meat is chilled to about 32 degrees F. Warmer meat will tear and mush, and these problems are eliminated by proper chilling. Room temperature meat can be flash-chilled by placing on trays one layer thick in a freezer for 20 minutes.
Pleasant Hill Grain is one of the largest stocking distributors of Pro-Cut equipment in the U.S. Our company sold the highly respected Mexican-built Tor-Rey (also called Torrey) brand of meat processing equipment until the Pro-Cut brand was established specifically to do business in the U.S. market. Pro-Cut's basic machine designs are the same as Torrey's, and having sold both brands for years, we can vouch that Pro-Cut's quality is fully the equal of Torrey. Pro-Cut builds time-proven, workhorse machines you can depend on, with excellent pricing.
At Pleasant Hill Grain we're here as your meat processing resource. Whether you need a commercial meat tenderizer, replacement parts or just answers to some questions, we look forward to serving you!
“As someone who works with customer service for a company with clients from Maine to Alaska, let me say that your example at Pleasant Hill Grain is what every company should strive toward. Best online experience I've had!”– Dave Guillemette, ME
