The Pro-Cut KMS-12 Commercial Meat Slicer: This large commercial slicer has all stainless steel food contact surfaces and a strong 1/3 HP motor with gear drive and heavy duty anodized aluminum base. Gear drive is the strongest transmission design for heavy duty slicing. A big 11.8" blade and 12.5" of table travel allow you to slice cuts up to 6.8" on round products and 11"W x 7"H on rectangular products.

Slice thickness is adjustable from zero to 1". Table and blade are angled at 45° for easy gravity feeding, and most parts disassemble without tools for fast, easy cleanup. Includes easy-to-use integrated blade sharpener. This is a heavy duty commercial machine that will easily handle steady slicing duties for many years.

Full 1 year commercial warranty; parts and service are available in U.S.
