Omcan 13" Automatic Slicer

The MS-IT-0330-A Italian-made gravity feed slicer is equipped with automatic (powered) sliding carriage and two independent high performance 1/2 HP fan cooled motors. One motor powers the carriage and one powers the blade. Using two motors maximizes performance under even the most demanding loads.

The slicer's gears are constantly bathed in oil. The polished anodized aluminum body along with its high carbon, hard chromed blade provides long life and durability. Easy to disassemble and clean. The MS-IT-0330-A is equipped with mechanical and electrical safety interlocks, blade guard, and a moisture proof on/off push-button switch. The plate mounted on the ball bearings features an exceptional smooth operation. The precise decimal thickness regulator ranges between 0 and 0.63" (0 and 16mm.) Ideal for thin prosciutto slicing.
