The Pro-Cut KG-22-XP-SS grinder has a high torque 2 horsepower motor and durable, maintenance-free, oil bath gearbox with all steel gears for long service under hard use. All steel gears sets these grinders completely apart from consumer type grinders that incorporate at least one plastic gear.

Throat diameter measures a large 5.5" x 6.5" at top, and funnels to a 3" x 4" auger inlet, providing for fast and easy feeding with no forcing needed. A high-efficiency three-hole guard keeps hands out of the throat. The grinding plate of the #22 meat grinder is 3.25" diameter. A new washerless design reduces friction for faster grinding and low maintenance.

Fast meat grinding: With its strong 2 horsepower motor and #22 grinding head, with meat at 32°F the KG-22-W-XP-SS will grind 30 lb./minute on the first grind (3/8" plate) and 16 lb./minute on the second grind (1/8" plate). It has a 100% duty cycle for nonstop grinding. Its grinder plates are 3.25" diameter and it comes with a 3/16" grinder plate.

The extra large, heavy-gauge feed tray measures 3" x 15" x 28". The headstock, screw, housing and pan are a high grade stainless steel construction and is easy to clean, allowing for a hygienic operation and a professional presentation. Power cord is provided; user supplies end to match your 220V outlet.

LEM Stuffing Tube #22, HD Plastic

Three sizes available: 5/8" (15mm), 1" (25mm) and 1-3/8" (35mm) outside diameter. The inside diameter measurements are: 7/16" (11mm), 3/4" (19mm) and 1-1/4" (32mm). Tubes are HD plastic and have very little taper. Use the 1-3/8" tube to fill fibrous casings and old fashioned middles. The 1" tube is great for filling hog casing or 32mm collagen. Use the 5/8" tube for snack sticks and breakfast sausage. 5/8" tube will fit 19mm and 21mm casings.

We also offer a a 2 inch aluminum tube.

Do not call shipping company they will put you on auto hold for more than 30 minutes. So we have send Pleasant Hill several email and make phone calls for status of order. Finally informed by Pleasant Hill that it estimated to arrive 07/24/18, with advice that if you do not want it Return shipment.
