Frontier Co-op's organic oregano is cut and sifted and is an indispensable seasoning in Italian, Mexican and Mediterranean cooking. It's best known for its use in pizza sauce. Frontier Co-op's oregano is a robust spice that is strongly aromatic. It's commonly used in vegetable, pasta and tomato dishes, and it's also great in sauces, dressings, and casseroles. This oregano has zero additives and zero chemicals. Oregano combines well with other spices, including garlic, for general seasoning and pairs especially well with basil. Frontier Co-op oregano is non-irradiated, organic, and 100% Kosher certified.
