Today we're shipping orders for in-stock items placed August 31. Despite higher order volume, our amazing shipping team continues to ship orders quickly. Recently we opened an additional shipping line that’s reducing processing time, and we've hired 15 new team members in the past 90 days! If you need to contact us, EMAIL is better than phone and if you have questions about your order please check our FAQ page before contacting us. Our phone volume is so high that it’s literally impossible for us to answer calls live now, or return calls quickly. The Hampton showroom is temporarily closed. We greatly appreciate your business as we do our very best to serve you!
"Pleasant Hill Grain is a top notch company. You process orders quickly without error and also resolve returns to the customer's satisfaction. Other companies I've ordered from online don't measure up to Pleasant Hill Grain!" — Pat Perusse, MD

The skilled craftsmen at Bérard use their extensive experience and state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to create the best in quality and design for both traditional as well as innovative Bérard Kitchen tools. Now Bérard France introduces a range of products that provide not only the natural beauty and function of wood for use in the kitchen, but also stunning display and serving pieces for the tabletop. Each is unique: The graceful olive wood items are produced from very old trees which no longer bear fruit (mainly the branches are used, but the trunk sometimes as well).
Each piece is artisanally produced and Bérard aims to use the maximum of what the tree has to offer. Therefore, uniformity doesn’t exist and the little “imperfections” belong to this natural product. No two pieces are exactly alike, which make them all the more special.
Fully used: Berard production is organized so 100% of the wood is used. Instead of applying a chemical treatment in order to have uniform and smooth surfaces, Berard prefers to repair the little “imperfections” in the wood. The wood which is not suitable for production is used for heating the drying chamber and the company building in the winter, so no wood is wasted.
The olive wood for Berard items come from agricultural orchards and each item is produced by respecting the most important values of Bérard which are the people, the material, and the environment.
“I have never before received such prompt service when ordering any item from a company. I placed my order late in the afternoon and had exactly what I ordered in my mailbox less than 48 hours later. It was a pleasure doing business with you.”
