Mrs. Anderson's baking whisk is ideal for mixing heavy dough and lighter, quick-bread batters with less sticking and clogging than a spoon or wire whisks. The whisk is made from 18/8 stainless steel and the sturdy, ergonomic handle is beechwood from Eastern Europe. The unique design of a dough whisk allows wet and dry ingredients to pass through and blend together easily. A dough whisk is the tool for mixing quick bread batters and stiffer yeast doughs for bread baking, pasta, pizza and pastry, by hand. To clean, run the wires under hot water right after use to remove doughy residue or hand wash in warm, soapy water.
